About CCYFC

An FA Charter Standard Community Club, Chelmsford City Youth F.C currently have 26 teams competing in a number of Essex youth football leagues

Objective

The objective of the Club is to provide a high-quality environment for youth football development in Chelmsford. We offer playing opportunities for children aged 7-18 who would like to be part of a growing football community enjoying some of the highest standards of football coaching available. Firstly and foremostly CCYFC is a club that exists for the benefit and development of its players and the wider local community.

Volunteers

The Club is staffed entirely by volunteers and managed by an elected committee. We operate on a non-profit basis, with all income directed to furthering the objective of the Club. We are entirely dependent on fund-raising, sponsorship and parental contributions for our activities.

RESPECT

The Club fully endorses and supports the F.A's RESPECT Campaign, which aims to ensure that children's football is conducted in a supportive and positive atmosphere where the focus is on the development of the individual and team. All our volunteers have signed up to a Code of Conduct that embodies these principles, and we request that all the parents of our players do the same. We do not want to see more players and officials drop out of the game we all love simply because of the selfish behaviour of a small minority. For more information please click on the RESPECT link to your left, or click here.
