Date --- 9th October 2011 Chelmsford City U10s 4 Perry Street U10s 0 On the back of a 3-0 defeat City was raring to kick off and they took no prisoners in the early stages of the game. Date – 2nd October 2011 Kelvedon Hatch U10s (3) Chelmsford City U10s (0) The weather was going to play a big part in this game. A delayed afternoon kick off was not ideal in 30C but the show went on. Kelvedon kicked off and passed the ball well in the early stages down the wings. A long ball down the line found the Kelvedon attacker in the box, Kye Denyer in goal for City went to cover but somehow the ball slipped into the back of the net, 1-0 Kelvedon. City took the game to Hutton from the off and you could see the Clarets were keen to step up a level from last week’s game.
