Another away day for City but after the last few weeks it was nice to get a game played. City looked out of sorts after the long break and were 2-0 down after 10 mins but gradually got into the game and Frankie Wheelers free kick from 25 yards pulled the score back to 2-1 and after Matty Tapley had come close with a header City were unlucky to go in at half time 2-1 down . The second time City had met Stotfold away this season on a rain swept morning. Both teams started brightly but it was Stotfold that got the early breakthrough to take the lead. City came back strongly with some excellent football that was a joy to watch and after two goals from Sobantu Sibanda City went in at half time 2-1 up.
