This is the third season managing the team for the level 1 qualified coach, but her extensive experience of sports management has seen her settle into the team with ease Clare's friendly approach and sense of humour has meant she is able to relate well to the team, as well as affecting players on an individual basis. Clare has built a good squad based on youth and experience, Her professional approach as a manager has seen her earn respect from other clubs.
