City Struggle to Shine on the Road
WOODBRIDGE TOWN 4 : 0 CHELMSFORD CITY
EASTERN JUNIOR ALLIANCE LEAGUE

City travelled to play last season's champions and after last weeks top draw performance were hopeful of repeating it again and getting back on a winning run but it was not to be - although an open first half, Woodbridge deservedly came off at half time one up after a strike on 19 minutes.
The second half was more or less one way traffic and although City did have a couple of chances and Dave Clover and Alex Bowring battled very well, Woodbridge dominated as City were happy to watch and let the game pass them by; goals in the 4th, 24th and 36 th minute gave Woodbridge the win.
Squad - Bowring (capt); Edwards; R Little; Nicholls; Webb; Clover; Marlow; Butterfield; Spurgeon; Calvin; Spires; Solarin; Edwards; J Warren ( unused subs due to injury Martin)
City know they have to up their game, but I'm sure they will prove that next week.
