Glenn Pennyfather has today released midfielder Jamie Hand.

Hand joined the club towards the end of last season from Blue Square Premier Side Ebbsfleet. Glenn Pennyfather and all at Chelmsford City FC would like to take this opportunity to thank Jamie for all his hard work during his time at the club.
